Even though their staff can speak English, they deliberately ignore you and force you to buy insurance. The quote from Zuzuche includes mileage, but the actual store doesn't acknowledge it and forces you to purchase additional mileage. Various ways of scamming your money—extra fuel charges included, and it's unclear whether they refunded them.
