The staff's attitude was disrespectful and rude. From the beginning, they claimed they could not find my reservation and insisted that I had never booked a Volvo or paid a deposit. After wasting a lot of time, they said my driver's license did not have an issuance date and therefore could not prove my driving experience. Then they argued my address was listed as being in the United States and rudely asked if I was unclear about my own address. After much hassle, I was finally told that only a Ford Kuga was available, and I could either rent it or walk away with no other options. Throughout the entire process, I strongly felt discriminated against. Other American customers at the same location were also given a hard time, showing that the staff here have serious attitude issues. I will never choose Alamo again.
My reservation was forcibly canceled without my consent due to a train delay. They even required me to specify the car model to cancel the reservation.
I was delighted to be offered an automatic car. I hadn’t specified this. The staff were charming & helpful.
