Service was standard. They should remind customers to take photos of the entire car as a record. The car was relatively old. Thankfully, we took photos of all the scratches before, otherwise the staff asked us for proof photos when returning the car because of a scratch.
No counter at the Langkawi International airport and need to call the car company. Within 10 minutes the car company staff deliver the car. Booked the Axia car but the company given me another car which is Myvi and it's slightly bigger size.
Front two tryes had almost no thread left. We felt the car skidding at times during wet weather although travelling a low speeds.
