Extremely slow, requires two credit cards. Reserved a Mercedes E-Class, but got a Volvo XC60. Most cars from AVIS are Volvos, driving experience is far inferior to Mercedes.
The process of picking up the car took too long. There was a very long queue that moved very slowly. When we were finally served the person, although very nice and helpful, answered the phone while assisting us and had a 10 min conversation with another customer. He also was interrupted by other members of staff and had to stop serving us to speak to them - not great customer service!
