They arranged a staff to wait at the exit gate with a placard bearing driver's name, so finding them was a total breeze.
We were then led to the car, inspected it for any existing damages (slight scratches, dents only). Then we drove away. Easy peasy. The car never gave us any problem during the whole rental period.
We found Samavest staff efficient, knowledgeable, polite and would recommend the company unreservedly.
Like: Samavest gave us a bigger car despite Perodua Axia which was promised earlier. We have requested to change our drop off venue to Kuah Jetty and they are happy to do that. The person in charge was highly responsive when I told him/her the time I need to drop off the vehicle. Dislike: We have some issues with the brake. It functioned properly but we heard some screeching whenever we use the brake.
