The car was very new, with only a little over a thousand miles on it. However, the tank wasn't full, and the vehicle wasn't thoroughly inspected during pickup. I'll make sure to take photos next time for documentation.
The staff seemed indifferent, asked me to wait outside in line while engaging cheerfully with customers inside. I waited a long time before being allowed to enter, which felt disrespectful to customers.
The store's service attitude was terrible. They accepted the order even though there were no cars available. It took more than three hours to get a car. The air conditioning also had issues. This is the first time I've encountered a car with air conditioning problems.
Counter staff took her time serving us and took a while to be acknowledged. Room for improvement.
