New regulations in Phuket: White paper translations are not recognized. Due to the high number of tourist accidents, there are random checks on foreigners. If you only have a white paper translation and a domestic driver's license, but no international driver's license, you may be fined 3,000–5,000 baht. We only learned about this after arriving at Phuket Airport.

Very satisfied, the car pickup and return process was smooth, communication was easy, the location was convenient, and the service was professional.

Only one person on the desk and they were fully occupied with another customer for 20 minutes before serving me so not a great start plus whilst the car was new it wasn't to my liking really especially as it was classified as a large SUV but compared to the other large SUV's i've booked it was sub-standard in my opinion

It will be very helpful if customer can keep the unused day for the next trip in case the customer have any urgent matters.
