Never again

We thought we had a great deal, price wise, for the 4 days we rented the vehicle. But upon pick-up of vehicle (going through/signing of the paperwork), we were unpleasantly surprised that we had (forced) to obtain their liability insurance although we told them that we had our own. That cost in itself costed us more (almost double) than the entire 4-day rental price. :(

They require you to take the insurance to get a car. That’s a added $22 per day. This costed almost double the car rental fee. They have 4 insurance company’s they work with all the others you need to the insurance. Please see photo of sign

It wasn’t expressed prior to pickup that my personal car insurance wouldn’t cover the rental car if the personal car was older then 2016. And that in Florida it is required to purchase speedy pass for tolls, even though I had a personal one. Which caused the car to be more then expected.

I didn’t see a price drop. But it was easy process

i arrived at airport no car no shuttle your phone when called went to voice message your company stinks left me with two kids in a bind had to rent from dollar cars i was lucky they had one i could rent.i talk to shuffle operator sand one check to see why i was waiting over one in a half hour and it showed up that you closed at 10 pm confirmed my reservation earlier that moring.i will never use you again and tell everyone to stay away from you.

This car company is a scam. They run in a small shed which is almost 20 miles away from airport. After getting in there, they will say that your own car is should be more than 2017 model , otherwise you need buy CDW insurance which 25$ per day. If you say then they will say you can go back to aiport and book a new vechile , and the airport is almost 1 hr away. There are no restrooms and the service is bad. I never saw in my life which a proper document on Collision damage, they charge you money. If you see anything with the name One Switch please cancel the reserveration immediately..
