Very courteous and helpful staff smooth pickup from MCO to rental car quick check in process Our flight was delayed, so we called and they held our car no problem, and told us they appreciated us letting them know we'd be late Everything was great

What I should right about my experience, they are the worse and also make you pay more by showing all the different expenses and also doesn't give the car even if we denied it. So never ever going to rent a car from them nor recommend any one to do so. I can't comment or rate the experience in the car since I didn't used one. So give and option to chose service not received at all.

“Horrible service! Do not use! Stay away!”

Horrible customer service! They had me wait in the heat for over an hour. Then they tried to charge me to use my own vehicle insurance. I had to prove to them it was not in my booking that I had to pay 9.99 per day to use my own insurance. They wanted to nickel and dime me for every extra charge. After making me wait in the hot sun because they have a cargo container for a customer service area. I do not recommend this company at all! Stay away!
