Succinct.

Car was fin. Had a puncture and the car was towed away. I had to travel to Florence to get a new car customer service could have been better.

A typical car rental experience...too many people disorganized counter. Seems like the business is stuck in the 1960's...and not in a good way. We paid extra for an automatic convertible car...they gave us a manual one at first and then didn't have a convertible that was automatic...so a waste of money. Car return was poorly coordinated as well...had us standing in the rain and no place to park the car. Ultimately this is what you get for finding the cheapest options. Also the industry needs a proper overhaul.

Easy enough to use but the on airport off airport collection not always obvious

The vehicle return process was made exceptionally painful and time consuming in that (a) Pisa airport signage is very poor in terms of guiding you to the car rental return location; and (b) the SicilybyCar return process out in 30C + heat was manned by only one very willing but very very overwhelmed staff member. Tempers were seriously frayed and I’m not sure how the staff member in question was able to remain calm under intense verbal pressure. 2. Found out at check in that the excess elimination insurance that I bought worked in an unusual way in That I would have to pay Sicily by Car up to €1600 and then reclaim that somehow or other from Easyrentcar or the insurer direct. This should be brought out in BOLD type in your terms and conditions as it is most unusual in my frequent experience of renting vehicles

I think you should state clearer that the pick up desk is in a rent car terminal not in the actual airport terminal. It was confusing when we arrived. However the car was excellent.
