Very convenient, no upselling of additional charges, and the return process involved only checking the fuel and exterior, very quick. However, the service was not very enthusiastic.
The location is right on the first floor of the Toronto airport terminal, very convenient. No extra sales push, just asked if I needed the super cover. They briefly checked the car and issued a receipt from a handheld device in no time.
