Car exceeded its expectations as we weee given a larger vehicle.

Price was what attracted us and booking process was easy.

I arrived 30 minutes early to pick up the car, they said no cars were available and suggested an upgrade. I chose to wait, and 10 minutes later they provided a car of the same class. They handed me a bunch of forms to sign, and though my English is limited, I trusted them and signed. Fortunately, there were no issues. The return process was simple, taking only about 2 minutes. Overall, the experience was quite good.

Overall, the process is efficient, and the vehicle was a new one with 9000 kilometers. However, make sure to read the contract carefully as picking up the car half an hour early almost resulted in extra fees. Fortunately, it was corrected in time.

The SUV I received was great and just what I needed to transport my family and my luggage.
