Waiting for too long to get a car, when I was driving on the road about 30 minutes I got a flat tire after arriving to my hotel . I called the counter service or someone denied helping me out, service business is very poor, occupation is unprofessional . Beware that it's in a back of a park and ride in a metal shipping container. Thank god I wasn't alone since I flew in at night and had to pick up the rental at about 930 pm. The staff is not the friendliest by any means but it was cheap. they charge a 1000 dollar deposit which I thought was very very high. The overall experience was ok not sure i would use them again

I was extremely disappointed with not being able to use my own insurance! No where did easycar mention the four only insurance companies one switch accepted. I ended up paying almost double than what I booked.

“Felt like a scam, wouldn't rent us the car we reserved because they wanted some excessive documenta”

Looked like a scam, one guy sitting in a remote trailer with ZERO interest in renting cars to people. Turned us and another family away because they wanted my full auto insurance policy in writing, even though I had a valid insurance card. We were stranded, had to walk, and call an Uber to a legit rental car place. Avoid this place at all costs.
