Sort of 'upgraded' from BRV to Innova, more spacious but of course more fuel consumption too. Car was a bit old but well functioned. Return was quick but waited about 30 minutes to get the car.
The car had 150,000 kilometers on it and the interior lights were broken. There was only one staff member at the counter and it took 15 minutes to process. Be aware that they have a clause stating that in case of an accident, regardless of fault, you must pay 20,000 Thai Baht to the shop. When I refused to sign, they said I couldn't take the car. This unfair clause is extremely concerning. Avoid this company at all costs.
Very bad experience. When picking up the car, they didn’t show me the compensation standards for any scratches or damages. When returning the car, we found out that the front bumper was scratched (which was already damaged when we picked up the car). They immediately gave me a bill for 8960 THB. How can it be more expensive to spray paint a bumper on a car worth a few thousand bucks than on my Mercedes? I didn’t sign to approve this charge, but they deducted it nonetheless.
Extremely disappointing rental experience. I was promised a four-door, five-seater car, but they gave me a two-door car at pickup! The back seat was practically for dogs! Requested a change, but they said no other cars were available. Never renting from this place again.

The back window was very hard to see out of as the film was taken off and left a sticky residue overall car was reliable and economical
