This is the second time I’ve booked at this location and twice they did t have the car I reserved and paid for. The counter representative was no help.

The staff were friendly and quick. It’s a 20 minute ride from the airport to get to the pick up. The car we had was damaged on the front bumper, the interior of the car was immaculate
