I chatted online with your company while I was there and was told that my reservation couldn't be switched to a domestic reservation and to just rent a car from Dollar anyway and that would be reimbursed for the difference. To get the same deal would have cost me over $ 425 and I don't believe for a second that I would have been reimbursed. I had to go online and find another deal and had to wait another 1 hour and 15 minutes to book my car. I was at the car rental for 3 hours. This was completely UNACCEPTABLE !!!
It was okay. The queue was relatively quick. They initially gave me a Korean car, but I was not satisfied after picking it up. They immediately helped me switch to another car. However, the staff seemed to be South American and their English was not very good, so communication was difficult.
Exactly the right size car at a great price. Check in and check-out was simple, fast, and easy. It was easy to find the car and drop it off. Drove great. Good gas mileage. Overall excellent experience.
