This company lacks integrity and engages in fraudulent practices. They initially attract customers with low prices, then impose additional charges through various means to gain undue profits.
The staff was 15 minutes late to pick us up, didn't apologize, and only half-lowered the window to talk. She seemed indifferent as if we owed her money. Communication through WeChat was also indifferent, but she was very proactive when it came to charging the card.
I did get mustisibi outlander which was smooth and got power, lots of space and easy to drive , less economical , may be bit warm reception when we are there even though we need to wait bit while because they are busy , instead ignoring

Will be much appreciated if we got the same vehicle instead of same standard while we book
Exterior of the car not in good condition. All scratches were noted but there was a lot of abuse to the vehicle despite being only 55k in the clock.
I have extended the same car for another month directly for a slightly higher fee but with a 2nd driver included.
EasyRentCars will be my go to choice from now on.
