Everything fine

The store staff were insufficient, service was slow, and the car I booked wasn't available. They delivered the car the next day.

Make sure to thoroughly check the car when picking it up. The tires on our car were nearly worn out. We had a blowout during the trip, but fortunately, we discovered it the next day before leaving the hotel. The car didn't even have a jack; we had to borrow one to change the spare tire.

Need to check the vehicle thoroughly, as the slightest chip on the windscreen will be your problem when you return the vehicle. On collection, quite a long process using a self service machine, definitely missing the human touch. On return, took some time to inspect the vehicle.

Staff were very helpful when picking up the car and very informative When we dropped the car off the staff offered to drive us to the terminal instead of having to wait for the bus as it was raining hard

The "prepaid fuel" option was quite misleading, the staff suggested was going to be cheaper - which is only the case when the full tank is actually used. It felt like a try to squeeze extra money.
