The Peugeot 308 we were given had been damaged quite badly on the front drivers side above the wheel arch. Ordinarily I would have expected a cosmetically excellent condition vehicle inside and out but the car drove fine so no real issue for us.
The gentleman at the checkout desk tried to aggressively upsell me, which was uncomfortable.
However the man who handled the car pickup and drop off was excellent! Very helpful and excellent customer service.
We had to pay 50 euros extra per day as they didn’t have snow chains. They only had Car with Winter tyres. Very disappointing.
