The car rental plus full insurance was over 4000, and there were additional fees over 2000. I wanted to read the terms carefully, but the staff urged me to sign quickly. As it was my first time renting a car abroad and I trusted the Americans, I ended up paying more.
One staff member on my two rentals was excellent, but the other who tried to sell insurance and failed was quite unhappy, so it really depends on the person. Still better than Dollar.
I did not use the car. The rental company said I could apply for a refund through the platform. The platform's customer service also confirmed this, but now I'm told it can't be refunded!
