Europcar doesn't have a rental counter at Athens airport. Staff holding signs at the exit guide you to the parking lot, where a shuttle bus takes you to the rental base. Due to a late arrival close to midnight, this process was quite troublesome.

The pickup process took longer than expected when compared to other companies I have dealt with before.
