Absolutely avoid this Italian company, Budget. They are a rip-off. They push expensive insurance when picking up the car, and if you refuse, they give you an attitude. There's no staff present when you pick up the car. Even though we took photos of numerous scratches when we picked up the car, they were extremely strict during the return inspection and blamed all old scratches on us. They didn't acknowledge the photos we showed them. The damage estimate was shockingly high. Be very careful with this company.

They charged 1073.6 euros without confirming my order. Very ruthless.

This rental ended up costing more than USD$900 with no clear explanation. This is outrageous and I have received no assistance whatsoever from multiple employees at your offices in Bologna Airport and Milan Malpensa Airport. The amount far exceeds our agreed contracted to price without any justification.

I always use Budget car rental whenever I can because the checking always goes smoothly and staff are always very helpful. I can trust that the cars are always in good condition and very clean.

Using this site to book our car was very easy and informative. And best of all, they offered the best rental prices I could find!
