The staff were inefficient and had a negative attitude. The car was in poor condition, but for this price, it was just for basic transportation. Next time, I'll rent a more expensive one!
The vehicle was old and the fuel gauge was low. They charged a full deposit for dirty floor mats, which seemed like a scam. The deposit was more expensive than the rental fee. Thai Rent a Car is not a reliable company. I suggest cleaning the car before returning it to avoid issues.
Body scratches and misaligned bumper are not fixed at all from previous incidents.
