Hello , I rented a car from budget desk from suvarnabhumi airport at 20:00 on 17th February. Your staff at front desk was very rude. She was trying to explain ‘taking photo of the fine of driving high speed brochure and send as email’. At the beginning , I didn’t understand because of Thai accent. then she started speaking with very high tone and ugly speaking sound. these girls at front deck can be more polite with Thai smile
Requested baby car seat was confirmed before pick-up but then service staff argued it was not requested. At drop-off no receipt was provided to confirm condition of returned car. Car overall was good.
