Very satisfied

Booked a large car but got two smaller ones last minute. Increased fuel and parking costs, and most importantly, no one to share the driving made it very tiring.

Overall okay, this is one of the larger rental companies and is quite easy to find if not for the return instructions from QEEQ. The issue is they never answer the phone, and you have to figure everything out on your own.

The company is very popular. Other car rental counters were very empty, but there was a line at Sicily's counter. The staff displayed typical Italian efficiency - slow and unhurried. It took two hours to complete the process, but they didn't try to upsell any insurance, which was nice. However, when picking up the car, I found out they gave me a manual car, and I had to go back downstairs to exchange it. The staff weren't apologetic at all and even asked if I didn't know how to drive a manual. Overall, the cost-performance ratio was okay.
