At that point, I couldn't reach customer service. After a lot of back and forth, the staff finally said they would process the refund. If your English is not good, be cautious.

All I had to do was provide a printed order to smoothly pick up the car. The store staff was very friendly! The car was new, and the interior was clean and odor-free! When picking up the car, all the scratches were marked on the diagram by the attendant beforehand.

The service staff this time were not as friendly as last time.

I was charged an insurance amount as much as the rental amount still with an excise of 550$

Like: very convenient pick up and drop off. Car was available at the airport rather than another terminal location so you almost walk out of the airport and the car park is there.
