The car was an older model and its wasn't smooth in driving. The car didn't even have a standard feature cruise control which make the whole journey tiring.
I was given Hyundi instead of KIA and that too was quite old and noisy.
They have no idea about the process. If there is a problem, you just wait for charges and prepayments. The car tire went flat at night, and there was no assistance. We didn't get back to the hotel until 3 AM even though it started around 9 PM.
Had a minor accident and scratched the car's paint,(1inch scratch above the rear left wheel)
Got a bill for 1277$ were they charged for fixing the paint, while adding stuff like fixing doors and door handle and so on which wasnt the dmg I did.
even though I had full insurance I dont need to pay for this scam.
still dont like liers and profiters.
Car condition really good, my advise to everyone make the video when you receive the car from them and ask them to share the pics with you. They don’t have proper record end of the day they will blame on you.
The condition of the car asthetically was bad. Scratches and dings around the car. Booked a Toyota kluger but ended with a Nissan Pathfinder which was dated and old.
Very Very recommended, easy to use. Definitely will come back.
