Great car rental experience. Kevin, a third-generation Chinese in Malaysia, was really nice. Our flight was delayed and we got the car at 8 PM, and he even upgraded us to a Toyota Vellfire. He did mention that if someone else booked it, we might have to switch cars later. But overall, it was a wonderful experience. We later switched to a brand-new Proton, with just over 1000 kilometers on it. Due to a delay in our sunset cruise by more than an hour, the rental company only charged us for an hour extra and even gave us a ride back to the hotel. The whole experience was excellent. By the way, gasoline is really cheap in Malaysia, about one-third of the price in our home country.

Very satisfied. I arrived an hour early, called them, and they quickly arranged someone to pick me up from the airport. They asked if I needed to return the car early and said it's not necessary, just return it at the reserved time.

It took a long time to contact for drop-off.

Like: My requested car was Axia and it was upgraded to a Myvii. Eka whom attended to me, was efficient and friendly. There was also water bottles given to us upon receiving the car.
