Car was very clean and new, no complains about the car at all. Great thing is they will send you to your Naha hotel or airport after you return the car FOC, saved me a taxi ride.

We have to wait around 30 min till service van come and wait till the other family come. The car has scratches all round the car. When we return the staff didn’t use service car to sent us to airport. He ask us to sit together (5 people) ask my son to sit on my lab and the luggage on my wife lab too. We refused so he bring the van to sent us to airport as standard. Not even say sorry. Very pool services
