They charge me toll package .that i avoid all my trips And charge me pre paid fuel ,I drop off the car with full gas . That i am remember i not a agree for If i paid for something why I am not use it and why i drop off the car with full They provide letter i am not sigh in it . I am all the time rent cars without two services It is last time with budget

yes the woman on the counter scammed me and told me as I will go to Orlando I must get the etoll package 70$ or I will get alot of fine on the road and after that I found that I Don't need it ..

Collection process is too slow, staff have to input far too much information into their computer systems. It’s more about who we were rather than the car. As we have already done so much of it online it felt like too much duplication
