初めてなりようだったが、チャットもあり、電話対応も早く、利用金額も高くなく、保険加入してくれて、使いやすかった。でも、本当に保険が加入されているかはとても不安だった。

There was a huge line at the store, and I had to wait almost an hour to get the car. The attendant tried to get me to upgrade, but I refused. When returning the car, I didn't have time to refuel, and they told me I had to pay USD10 per gallon. Faced with the risk of missing my flight, I agreed, but then I was charged USD161 for 9 gallons. Definitely a scam. I've already complained on the Budget website and will file a complaint with the car rental platform tomorrow.

When we picked up the car in San Francisco, we waited in line for half an hour, and there was no self-service option, which is not as good as Alamo. The receptionist, who seemed to be Chinese, spoke English the entire time and was very polite with a constant smile, but we felt he was a bit deceitful. Despite having already purchased full coverage insurance from the rental website, he forced us to buy an additional $50 insurance without explaining it properly. He simply mentioned that if anything happens, we could call this number for assistance, and we agreed. He then presented us with a bill that was $52 more than our reservation. We almost fell for it. When I asked for clarification, he finally backed down. We even showed him our reservation which clearly stated in English that we already had all the necessary insurance and didn't need any extra coverage.
