Car was great, but the computer system was down so it took us over an hour in line to get to counter to rent the car. There were about 20 people in line when we arrived and no one at any other counter in the airport

The car was a diesel that got very good gas mileage. The driver’s visor was broken when we picked up. Very satisfied with the service and car.

“Very confusing when going through the car rental expereince at the counter.”

Had to go back and revise my contract for I had requested no insurance coverage but it was included in my final contract. Same for roadside assistance. Misunderstood the counter agent on what was being offered. Had to contact them and have it dropped for I did not want this service once I had signed for the rental.

The car that was booked was not available. They wanted to up-sell us to a sporty model , which we dec lined. Were given a caravan for the same price as reserved. Not exactly what we wanted for two people but it served our purposes.
