The staff were initially quite enthusiastic, but later they recommended insurance worth about 200 euros. We showed her the rental agreement and explained that we had already purchased collision coverage in our country, but the staff said that the insurance bought domestically wouldn't cover it here. She emphasized that even a minor scratch would have to be compensated for if we didn't buy their insurance. With no other option, and after nearly an hour of trying to contact the rental company (the phone numbers provided couldn't be reached abroad), the staff became very impatient with the time we were taking. We ended up reluctantly purchasing the 200-euro insurance. We had originally booked an automatic car, but they gave us a manual one. Fortunately, the German staff who helped us pick up the car quickly arranged for us to switch to an automatic vehicle.

First time using their car. Picked it up at the airport and returned it at the border. Service was good. After returning the car in Aqaba, they drove us to the border (even though there was a fee, we were still satisfied). The car was in decent condition. When picking up the car, the gas tank wasn't full, but it's the same when returning it anyway.
