The vehicle was not provided on time, and the service attitude was mediocre.

The amount displayed when confirming the order was different from the actual amount paid at the store. Additionally, after returning the car, there was no bill for the deposit pre-authorization charge, and the rental company deducted the fee without informing the reason.

No Chinese service available. I had reserved the car for 8 AM, but when I arrived at the store, they told me they had overlooked my order, so there was no car for me. They needed to transfer a car from the airport, but even by 10 AM, it hadn't arrived. Luckily, someone returned a car of the same model, so I was able to get a car at 10 AM. I had only rented the car for one day and needed to return it by 6 PM. Sigh... When I returned the car, I didn't have time to refuel, but the staff didn't charge me for the fuel due to the inconvenience that morning.

The car was fantastic! Did a ton of driving around LA and spent so little on charging. What a bargain.

Coming from Canada, an international driver’s license was unnecessary as the rental company didn’t even want to see it so that was a waste of money.

Wasted half a day of my holiday ! Mechanical problems with car. Returned it to Sanford but they had no replacements. They sent me to Orlando to change car. No problems with second car.
