Great experience for my first car rental

It happened to be a weekend in San Francisco when I picked up the car, so there were quite a few people in line. Fortunately, the staff were skilled and efficient, and they carefully explained how to obey traffic rules and drive safely in the US. The process was completed quickly. I picked a 6-8 seat VAN, and there were many vehicles to choose from, all with around 10,000 miles on the odometer, which means they were fairly new. The pickup procedure was simple, and we were very satisfied. We loaded our luggage, set up the GPS, and headed to our destination.

Reserve un VW Atlas pero me dieron un Dodge grande qye gastaba demasiado. Además no le funcionaba la ventana del acompañante. Quise cambiarlo pero me hacían ir al aeropuerto y no quise perder tanto tiempo. No volveré a Alamo.

Alquile ya 3 veces por QEEQ y no tengo comentarios negativos. Estoy conforme.

I find it very deceiving to book for a vehicle that isn’t even present and the offered ones aren’t at all the same level. How’s a Dodge SUV is similar to Grand Cherokee and when asking for a similar 4X4 I’d to pay extra. Very disappointing really
