Overall ok, pickup was a concern as I was asked to go the airport’s busy drop off point and look out for the pickup car’s registration plate. I had my grandson with me and it was very stressful having to manage him and try to look out for a car amongst 100s of people getting dropped off. Operator should pay and use designated pickup areas

The attitude was extremely poor. They seemed to think that people from mainland China know nothing. This was the worst car rental experience in my travels to over 50 countries. Initially, I chose to support a car rental company run by fellow Chinese, understanding the challenges of living abroad. It was only a one-day rental, and I was curious about the business. However, this experience made me vow never to rent from a Chinese-run car rental company again.

Overall the car was good and new but booking was made for 8am pickup however we waited almost 3 hours for Rental office to open which delayed our short trip. Location of rental pick was not easy to find.
