“Hard Time trying to find the place to pick up the car”

We cannot locate the place as we keep looking out for signs of Easy Rent Cars. We did not know that we are renting from Times Car Rental. Our booking information did not indicate so and we keep asking for directions to Easy Rent Cars without success.
It was a kind local uncle that helped us made a phone call and that is when we realize we are to go to Times Car Rental. End up we pick our car 1 hour later than the booking time.
We were also not given the car that we originally booked. We booked for a honda fit but we got a toyota instead. fortunately the toyota served us well. The car is very clean and easy to handle.
The car body is a bit dirty.
And need to check everything celarly as find some scratches on the car body.
