The car was in good condition, and both pickup and drop-off were quite convenient. Unfortunately, I forgot the GPS on the windshield when returning the car, and the inspector didn't notice it. When contacted, the rental company found and kept it, but they said they couldn't mail it back. Multiple communications through QEEQ were unsuccessful. I hope the rental company can offer more detailed and better service to customers.
Car was a Dacia duster which is very uncomfortable for 4hr drive. Seats are awful. Uses large amounts of fuel. Totally uneconomic car for a long drive.
Car was full of paint scratches. They where not premarked on the rental contract. Took me extra time to go back and get them on the contract.
The car was excellent, but it was not fully clear that I should be looking for the Europcar office to pick up my car.
