Pick up location was confirmed the day before but was changed 15mins before time. We had to divert our taxi, it was complicated as we did not know the area. The car was very scratched and appeared very old with 156,000 kms on the clock. It was heavy to drive and consumed far too much petrol for the kms we did. It sounded like the exhaust was needing a repair and the indicators for change of direction did not work properly all the time.
The staff is attentive. However I booked for Bezza but given Saga. I have paid higher rate for Bezza actually. But being told that they gave the same range vehicle. It doesn't make sense to me after second thought.

The car not clean for the overall outsite but insite the car was clean.
The condition on booking of fuel full to full but actual was loss 1 bar .
The oil change of car was reached but still gave to us for used.
