I had rented from Enterprise earlier also. But last couple of times the quality of cars was bad. Not look wise but engine condition and driving pleasure wise.
Like: Helpfulness of the staff Dislike: For some reason, the agent called to advise that I had used an off site location instead of the airport. This wasn’t true. My rental paperwork showed the airport location on it.
Like: Vehicle was very roomy and great gas mileage. Will be back for next family trip. Dislike: All was good. Except I had to return vehicle a day late and was charged 38 bucks instead of the standard 26 a day that I had paid. Other than that it all went well.
