店員の態度は悪いが車は快適

Very poor attitude. They advertised having Chinese-speaking staff, but there were none. They found various excuses to withhold the deposit when returning the car. Avoid this rental company.

They said there would be Chinese service, but when I arrived, no one could speak it. Communication was poor in various details.

No Chinese support. The girl at the rental counter spoke good English, but the person who answered the phone when returning the car struggled a lot. Also, when picking up the car, the fuel gauge showed it could run 450 km, so I didn't pay much attention. However, after refueling before returning, it showed 580 km. Clearly, the tank wasn’t full when I picked up the car. The fuel gauge needle was around the full mark but went down quickly once driving. I felt slightly misled.

返却時の場所が分かりにくかった！空港内をぐるぐる回ってしまったので帰り道の案内図が欲しいです。
