Like: The pick up was easy, the shuttle was convenient, our car was in great condition. Dislike: We had a bit of a long wait for the shuttle back to the airport, and it appeared that the shuttle driver was just waiting, not actually gone anywhere, so there was some miscommunication around that. Other than that, the experience was great.
This is my third time renting from Yesaway. Although I waited quite a while at the airport, the exclusive Mercedes shuttle made it worth it. Hardly any queue when handling the paperwork.
I am a seasoned car renter, and not easily pleasantly surprised, but YESAWAY's personnel was simply great - everybody was really friendly and fast, they picked us up late at night when we arrived, and gave us a ride to the terminal when we departed.
I would definitely recommend YESAWAY to all my friends and relatives. Great job, guys!
