The pick-up process was simple, the car was in great condition and ensured a safe journey throughout the Western US. The return process was also quick and efficient.
Took three attempts to find me a car. That's three times I was sent to walk to the parking lot (in the freezing cold night) and back to the office. Took nearly an hour to get the car.
Gas tank not full, 5 miles after leaving the parking lot the needle moved off full, so probably a gallon
The only issue with this reservation was Hertz @ Pit Airport did not have the reservation in there system. They inform me the reservation was booked at there other location on the other side of the airport.
Rate was higher at the counter. However, the manager gave me the rate that Easy Rent Cars quoted.
