When we arrived in Christchurch, we couldn't find the rental company representative. We had to call and wait for almost an hour before they picked us up. Other than that, the service was satisfactory.
The car's exterior looked a bit old with some paint peeling, but the car's performance was good, and the rental company's service was excellent. They even took us to the airport after we returned the car.
The staff were very professional and friendly. They picked us up at CHC airport on the last day and dropped us off at our accommodation. Great experience. The car was in good condition and fuel-efficient.
