Like: it was easy to find the shuttle that took us to the renting place, friendly staff, the pickup process was fast and easy, they provided shuttle tot he airport after we dropped off the car,

Staff was very, very, helpful and atencious.

Was another company that abbycar works with and although the fuel policy was full to full they gave Me the car with empty tank. Also when I dropped the car off they suggested next time to call then directly and not go through your website.

Dislike: Car interior not that clean

They gave us a hybrid car, which was much needed in Crete considering the fuel was a bit expensive.

We had a horrible experience with Abbycar. The first car that we would get had sit belts broken so they gave us a worst and smaller car that overheated in the middle of the trip. The worst was one specific staff that was rude saying things as “shame on you”, “ I am not crazy”, “ “You are calling me a sico path”. When we were just asking regarding an extension for the drop off. This specific staff was not only rude with us but with their own staff. I will not use Abbycar again if that is the service that they are providing.

Quick and easy.

There was couple of minor scratches on the plastic bumper, no dent, no real damage, just scratches. Every car has couple of them at least, especially when driving on greek roads. However, they charged 660€ for the damage. For the damage they are not going to fix ever. Even the clerk admitted that it will “most probably stay”. They are making real good money out this “damage” business and I am wondering how this can be legal. I checked and the whole new bumper for hyundai i20 costs half less.

Fortunately I bought full Axa insurance. However it isn’t really care free, because anyway you must cover the damage and then apply for the refund. The settlement should be direct, between car rental company and EasyRentCars / Axa.

It took few minutes to locate the company representative outside the arrivals area (a bigger sign would have helped), besides that everything was very good. Fast & effective service both in pickup & return. The representative @ the counter was very nice & helpful.

Booking platform is easy to use. The overall process was good.

I paid for a car with 60 40 back seat split so I could fit 3 people and a rented bike in. They didn't have one so my plans were rather ruined. Other thha that it was fine

People were staggeringly helpful and friendly. Far and away the best car rental experience in a long life so far.

I ordered Toyota Aygo,but we got Fiat Punto. At the office they told us that the Toyotas were finished, but I just wonder why they offer the car for rent, if they do not have it? i do not like Fiat Punto, Iwanted Toyota Aygo, but I did not get it, which was a problem for me, as Fiat was a very weak car and not with the characteristics of Toyota, no matter what upgrade it might be!

The service attitude was very good.

Dislike: Was not full to full petrol ad advertised. Thus returned more than a quarter of a tank extra on return which is annoying

Difficile de trouver la personne de l agence à aéroport, quand trouver plus de 30 mn d attente. Personnel d agence moyennement aimable, ne pas comprendre le grec ne veut pas dire que l'on ne remarque pas le regard les rire ironique etc... Pas de papier signé à restitution véhicule, restitution faite en 30 seconde...
