Looks like the guy at the reception was a temp and he did not know exactly how to do the job. It took long time and process was very tiring at the pickup. Handing over was very easy though.
It's not very convenient that the staff didn't speak English. Nevertheless, they did their best to solve everything by using translation app, so all was fine.

It's a disadvantage that it's not possible to modify the order later on (for instance, to add a child seat). But in general, all is fine!
