The boss sent someone to pick us up, and the actual store location is 30 minutes from the airport. I reserved an automatic car, but they provided a manual one. After informing them that I couldn't drive a manual, they found an automatic car for us. The fuel gauge had issues—it fluctuated between two bars and full during the inspection, but once we drove off, it indicated that the tank was empty (which was the actual fuel level). At the time of pickup, I explicitly stated that I would return the car to the same location. However, the store was closed at the time of return. I called the boss, who said we either had to wait for someone to collect the keys and then proceed to the airport ourselves, or drive to the airport and give the keys to his friend. Overall, this rental company is extremely unreliable.
