This rental company is highly unprofessional. Their phone is always unreachable, and finding their shuttle at the airport is purely a matter of luck. The staff at the front desk consistently lie, using excuses like 'the phone is broken and will be fixed today' to cover up the fact that they don't want customers to call. They tried to deceive me by saying that the rental didn't include insurance (even though I bought it through the booking platform), but when I insisted on verifying it, they admitted there was insurance. Who knows if it's true—thankfully I didn't have any accidents, or I wouldn't know how to handle it. If you don't speak English well, you might face even more severe issues.
Like: Hugo, was very easy to deal with and a very nice man. No over the counter experiences, just so casual which was nice. Dislike: Unfortunately the check engine light came on in the car, no fault to anyone and luckily situation was easy fixed.
