CAR RENTAL REVIEWS ON MAYFLOWER AT KUALA LUMPUR INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, KUL

No staff during working hours, making it inconvenient to pick up or exchange the car.

The car was good, and the service was good too. The only issue was that the car was not full tank when we picked it up; it was half tank. The staff told us to return it with the same amount of fuel, but it's hard to control. Additionally, AirAsia now operates from the new terminal at the international airport, which is Terminal 2. However, there were no rental counters at Terminal 2. We had to take a train from Terminal 2 to Terminal 1 to rent the car. Not sure if I made a mistake when booking or if it's an issue with the rental company.

Paid in full, went to the store and was told there were no cars. After more than a month, I still haven't received a refund. Do NOT choose this company.

The company staff is nice

No staff on duty. At pick-up, they claimed there was no such order. Had to wait one hour for them to find the order after communication.

Double charged due to order oversight. Even after payment, the double charge took a month to be refunded.

They promised Chinese language services, but there were none when I arrived. It did not match what was said during booking.

I prepaid all the fees in early January and called in advance to confirm. However, when we arrived at Kuala Lumpur Airport at around 10 PM on February 5th, the rental company told us that there were no cars available. We were nine people, including elderly and children, with a lot of luggage. Can you imagine how I felt at that moment? The next day, they told us to pick up the car from another rental company in downtown Kuala Lumpur. I went there in the scorching heat, only to find the gates locked and no one working. Can you imagine how I felt then? My entire itinerary in Malaysia was disrupted. This was my first experience using your service! Now I am asked to rate and select a car before I can submit my review. Fine, I'll randomly choose one, but you did not fulfill your contract. I reserve the right to further appeal and expose this issue online!

The service was a bit slow, but the staff were nice.
