The Car Rental Area at KLIA 2 is located on Level 1. After claiming your luggage: 1.Walk towards Door 2 (do not exit) until you see an escalator next to a convenience store on your left. 2.Take the escalator to Level 1. 3.Turn right, and you will find our counter within the rental area.

I prepaid all the fees in early January and called in advance to confirm. However, when we arrived at Kuala Lumpur Airport at around 10 PM on February 5th, the rental company told us that there were no cars available. We were nine people, including elderly and children, with a lot of luggage. Can you imagine how I felt at that moment? The next day, they told us to pick up the car from another rental company in downtown Kuala Lumpur. I went there in the scorching heat, only to find the gates locked and no one working. Can you imagine how I felt then? My entire itinerary in Malaysia was disrupted. This was my first experience using your service! Now I am asked to rate and select a car before I can submit my review. Fine, I'll randomly choose one, but you did not fulfill your contract. I reserve the right to further appeal and expose this issue online!
