I had never heard of this brand before and felt a bit anxious when booking, worried it might not be legit. In reality, their service was excellent. Someone picked us up from Lisbon Airport and drove us to the store, which is just a 3-5 minute drive. On the way, the driver gave us lots of good advice (like where to go after getting the car, how to drive in Europe, things to watch out for, etc.). At the store, they clearly explained all the important terms. The car they gave me was in great condition, a hybrid Toyota Vios with just over 3,000 kilometers on it. It was in excellent condition and had low fuel consumption. Overall, the service was great and the car was in good condition.
